	1,000 full color CDs with 4panel 4/4 insert and 4/4 tray.
	Packaged in a standard jewel case with clear tray and wrapped.

Option 2 – Upgrade to 6panel 4/4 insert – add $50.00

Option 3 – Upgrade to 8panel 4/4 insert – add $150.00

1,000 - Full Color CDs in bulk = $ 500.00 (no packaging)

DVD - (Price includes all setup charges! )

	$1,400.00
	1,000 full color DVD-5s with 4/0 outer wrap.
	Packaged in standard Amaray case and wrapped.

1,000- Full Color DVD-5s in bulk = $750.00 (no packaging)

What You Provide:

	1 - The artfiles per our templates(download templates)
	2 – CD or DVD master

What's NOT included:

	1 – Shipping to and from the plant
	2 - +/-10% over/under runs
